what to expect

1. When Are We Coming? – Our team begins early at our warehouse to prep and load, and we typically arrive at your home mid-morning to early afternoon. Please note that we’re unable to provide exact arrival times, as our schedule depends on loading and other job logistics. Staging usually takes between 2–8 hours on site, depending on the size and scope of the home

2. A Clean Home- Please have the house sparkling and ready for staging. Cleaners prefer to work without our staging pieces in the way, and we’d hate to set decor on dusty surfaces or dirty floors!

3. Picture-Perfect Timing – We prefer that professional photography is not scheduled on staging day to allow us time to perfect every detail.

4. No Distractions, Please! –To ensure a smooth process, meet insurance requirements, and give our team full creative freedom, we kindly ask that homeowners and realtors remain off-site during staging. We also request lockbox access, as coordinating entry can be difficult given the fluid nature of our timelines. Additionally, no contractors or work should be scheduled during the staging process to avoid delays or disruptions

5. Clear the Way! – Please make sure we have a clear driveway and easy access to the home for unloading furniture and decor and driveways and sidewalks are plowed in the winter.

6. Lights, Water, Action! – Make sure all utilities are turned on so we can showcase your home in its best light and have access to essential amenities.

7. Sneak Peek Coming Soon! -We’ll send over preview photos after staging so you can sneak a peek at the transformation! Our days are usually go-go-go, so thanks for hanging tight. We’ll get them to you by evening, sometimes as late as 9pm.
