What is the difference between home staging and decorating?Home staging is about making a home appealing to the widest range of buyers possible while decorating focuses on one person’s personal taste. In home staging, everything is kept neutral so that buyers can imagine their own décor in its place rather than getting distracted by someone else’s style.

What do I need to know for the day of staging?⏰ When Are We Coming? – Our team starts early at the warehouse to prep and load, and we’ll arrive at your home mid-morning to early afternoon. Staging typically takes 2-6 hours, depending on the size and scope of the project. ✨ A Clean Home- Please have the house sparkling and ready for staging. Cleaners prefer to work without our staging pieces in the way, and we’d hate to set decor on dusty surfaces or dirty floors! 💡 Lights, Water, Action! – Make sure all utilities are turned on so we can showcase your home in its best light and have access to essential amenities. 🚧 No Distractions, Please! – To ensure a smooth process and allow for full creative freedom, we kindly ask that homeowners and realtors take a break off-site while we work our magic. 🚗 Clear the Way! – Please make sure we have a clear driveway and easy access to the home for unloading furniture and decor. If there’s a gated entry, lockbox, or any special access instructions, please let us know in advance if you haven’t already or if it’s not noted in your contract 🎥 Picture-Perfect Timing! – We prefer that professional photography is not scheduled on staging day to allow us time to perfect every detail. However, if same-day photography has been requested, please ensure it has been coordinated and approved with us in advance so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. 📸 Sneak Peek Coming Your Way! - We’ll send over preview photos after the stage so you can get a first look at the transformation. If it’s a busy day, we appreciate your patience—we’ll have them to you by the evening!
